Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for Indian customers and a 20-day return policy for international customers, which means you have 7 days (India) or 20 days (International) after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return (Size Exchange Only)
To be eligible for a return:
- Return is only applicable in case of size issues
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- No stitching, alteration, or customization should be done to the product
- The item must not be damaged, washed, or used
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
- We only offer exchange for size issues
- Shipping charges for exchange must be paid by the customer
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange
